If you like givaways, you should check this blog out. Island Life is chock full of giveaways!
I entered to win the new Gulliver’s Travels DVD. I wish I had time to check out her giveaway filled blog more often.

Right now I am baking 4 loaves of honey whole wheat bread, and trying to make goat cheese. I tried to make goat yogurt, but it did not turn out. I was using my oven to keep the milk warm, and I guess it got too hot?It tastes like yogurt, but is not firm. So, now it will be goat cheese instead, I hope. I have a wonderful neighbor who has goats with the best milk in the world, and I am trading him milk for bread! Fresh, organic, raw goat milk makes me happy. I am weird, I know.

Ya know, I don't know if I've ever drank goat milk before. Do you like it better than cow milk? Your baked bread sounds YUMMY!!! Do you make goat butter too?

I like it better than cow milk. It tastes like the freshest creamiest milk you have ever had. I have not made goat butter yet.
