Organic roast beef arugula wrap



For lunch yesterday, I decided to make this wrap. I simply spread a flour tortilla with cream cheese, and then added heirloom orange tomatoes, fresh arugula, and lean grass fed beef.

You can not substitute lettuce in my opinion because I think arugula goes so well with roast beef.
I finished this too quickly, and then felt like eating like 3 more. I restrained myself and had some organic corn chips and cilantro hummus instead. This lunch was very easy, and quick to make.

I need to run right out and get some free range roast beef, and cream cheese to make that yummy looking wrap! Thanks for the idea.
